Daphne Preti, LCSW, is the Lead Clinician at Newton Recovery Center, where she has worked since November 2024.

She earned her Master of Social Work from Boston College and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Skidmore College. Daphne brings a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges.

Passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, she holds Boston College’s “Leaders for Equity & Justice in the Workplace” certificate. Fluent in Spanish (Argentine ethnicity), she is committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their recovery.
